FLOWER PASSAGE (10 min. walking distance) :
Also known as CITE DE PERA, Flower Passage, which was built in 1876, is a famous historic passage on Istiklal Avenue in Beyoğlu. It has rows of historic pubs, winehouses and restaurants.
ATATURK CULTURAL CENTER (5 min. walking distance) :

Atatürk Cultural Center comprises the "Grand Stage", a hall with a 1,307 seat capacity hosting theater acts of Turkish State Theatres and performances of the Turkish State Opera and Ballet, and the "Concert Hall", a second hall with a capacity of 502 seats for concerts, meetings and conferences as well as an exhibition hall of 1,200 m² at the entrance. There are also the "Chamber Theatre" with 296 seats, "Aziz Nesin Stage" with 190 seats and a cinema hall with 206 seats.
The center is home to the Istanbul State Symphony Orchestra and Choir, Istanbul State Modern Folk Music Ensemble and Istanbul State Classical Turkish Music Choir. During the summer and Informationmonths, AKM hosts the Istanbul Arts and Culture Festival.

GALATA TOWER (20 min.walking distance) :
The Galata tower which is standing in the Galata district of Istanbul and which can be seen from all over the city has been erected by the Genoeses in 1348.

ST. SOPHIA

St. Sophia, holds a unique place in architectural history, was originally built as a church during the golden age of Byzantium. Its present structure was completed in 563. During the reign of the Ottomans, St. Sophia was transformed into a mosque, and today it serves as a museum. Ornamented with gold, valuable marbles and mosaics, St. Sophia reflects the power and glory of the Empire.

DOLMABAHCE PALACE

Dolmabahçe Palace, a fusion of European art forms, was built by Abdulmecit I in the 19th century. The palace holds wealth and glory incomparable to any present palaces. The world's largest chandelier in its ceremonial hall symbolizes Ottoman Empire's transition to modernity. The palace has been a residential for Atatürk during his Istanbul visits and to honour this great Turk all the clocks at the palace stand still showing the time of his decease.

TOPKAPI PALACE

As one of the oldest and spacious palaces in the world to endure time, this palace was built during the reign of Sultan Mehmet the Conqueror and has been the center of Ottoman Empire for centuries. This magnificent palace still holds the wealth of Ottoman Empire with invaluable artifacts, thus keeping Ottoman culture alive.
